I Have Good News, Bad News, and a New Fireworks Tutorial

First, the bad news: with all the stuff that’s been going on with work, I’ve only been able to update this blog with tidbits, and only when I have time to do so. I’m afraid I won’t be able to post any Rapid Fire tutorials for a while.

But that doesn’t mean I’ll stop writing Adobe Fireworks tutorials, which brings me to the good news:

I’ve been given the opportunity by popular design resource Smashing Magazine to write Fireworks articles and tutorials. My new tutorial, Extracting Logos Using Levels In Adobe Fireworks is the first of many collaborations between me and the awesome people I get to work with. Expect more in the coming months, but for now, I hope you enjoy my debut article!

Graphika Manila 2010

Graphika Manila 2010

Graphika Manila 2010 is the fifth installment of the Philippines’ premier multimedia design conference. Creative professionals and passionates will once again gather on August 7, 2010 at the SM Mall of Asia to be treated to a whole day of design wisdom and inspiration from both local and foreign talents. If you’re into art and design (and happen to be in the Philippines), you’d be a fool to skip this. (Last couple of times I did, I missed out on Pixar and ILM. Crap.)
